Each session is designed to fit you. You can choose from a combination of modalities with no extra charge including, neuromuscular therapy, cupping therapy, deep tissue, hot stones, gua Sha rocks,CBD oil, Swedish and prenatal massage.

Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930's by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. Neuromuscular therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, and accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins.

Neuromuscular Therapy involves releasing trigger points by focusing on the clients problem areas. This will increase range of motion, decrease pain and increase overall wellness.
